Rasul H. possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as a CPACE Underwriter at Nuveen since January 2024, overseeing a pipeline of construction loans and facilitating communication with potential borrowers. Previously, Rasul was a Vice President at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance, successfully underwriting and closing approximately $90 million in short-term bridge mortgages. Earlier roles include both associate and analyst positions at Meridian Capital Group, where assistance was provided to institutional landlords in securing financing, as well as internships focused on underwriting and real estate operations. Rasul holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, an MBA from Baruch College, and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
