Rekha Unnithan

Rekha Unnithan, CFA, serves as the Global Head of Private Equity Impact at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since January 2012, where additional roles include Co-Head and Portfolio Manager. Rekha holds various board positions, including current memberships at Ecozen, Kinara Capital, and IMPACT Community Capital LLC, along with previous board roles at Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services Private Limited, Aavishkaar, Aeris Insight Inc., and View, Inc. Prior professional experience includes Vice President at US Trust and Bank of America. Rekha earned a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance, Social Innovation & Impact from NYU Stern School of Business.
