Shawn Lese

Shawn Lese is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in investment management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Funds Management for the Americas at Nuveen since May 2015, Lese has previously held senior positions including Managing Director at Grosvenor and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Earlier career experiences include roles as Vice President at Lazard Freres & Co., Associate at JPMorgan Chase, and Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Lese holds an MBA and JD from Columbia Business School and Columbia Law School, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Language and Culture from Columbia College, Columbia University.
