Wendy Pryce

Wendy Pryce is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate capital raising, business development, and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Americas Real Estate Capital Raising at Nuveen since August 2019, Wendy drives distribution of real estate investment capabilities for one of the world's largest real estate managers. Previously, Wendy held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included capital raising, acquisitions, and portfolio management across various asset classes. Earlier career experiences include management consulting at BearingPoint, where Wendy was the youngest employee promoted to Manager and recognized with the Rising Star award. Wendy holds an MBA from Stanford University, a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School.
