Caitlin Shetter

Caitlin Shetter serves as the Chief People Officer at Nuvei since April 2023, following the company's acquisition of Paya, where Caitlin held the same title from January 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Vice President, Head of People at Variant and Spanx, and litigation experience as a Trial Attorney at Jones Day. Caitlin's judicial experience includes serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Charles Wilson at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Earlier career positions involved human resources and labor relations roles at VF Corporation and Walt Disney World. Caitlin earned a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, complementing a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
