Ryan Blakemore

Ryan Blakemore, CDR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Nuvem since January 2024, following a significant tenure as a Senior Recruiter at Venture Scaler, specializing in start-up environments and technical recruiting since 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Saint-Gobain North America as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, successfully executing full life cycle recruitment across multiple business units, and at Axalta Coating Systems, where responsibilities encompassed managing internship programs and staffing support for extensive manufacturing and R&D operations. Additional previous positions include recruiting and account management roles at Contemporary Staffing Solutions, J.G. Wentworth, TripleScreen Search & Staffing, CareersUSA, Nutrisystem, Inc., and TD. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Widener University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
