Guilherme Godoy has extensive experience in technology recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Nuvemshop since October 2021, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for Technology, Product, and Data areas, particularly for leadership positions. Prior to this, Guilherme worked as a Tech Recruiter at iFood, where responsibilities included recruiting for Product and Design, creating a talent database, and ensuring diverse hiring strategies. At Creditas, significant achievements included scaling the team from 500 to over 1500 members and fostering a strong candidate experience. Earlier, Guilherme gained foundational experience as an intern at SER Company in the Human Resources department. Guilherme holds a degree in Production Engineering from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and ESAMC.
