Guilherme R. Jesuino

Guilherme Jesuino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as Manager Onboarding LATAM at Nuvemshop since May 2020, Guilherme oversees the onboarding process for medium and large e-commerce clients migrating to the platform. Previously, as Customer Success Manager at Nuvemshop, Guilherme led a team of Customer Success Account Managers in Brazil. Guilherme's background includes a role as Team Leader Sr. in Customer Experience at Mercado Livre, where Gulherme managed customer experience teams and handled dispute resolutions. Earlier experience includes working as an Industrial Engineer at Jacto, focusing on materials management and product phase-in, as well as an engineering intern at Jacto and an intern at America Latina Logistica. Guilherme holds an MBA in Business Management from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, complemented by English education from Kaplan International College London.
