Guillermo Caseiras

Guillermo Caseiras has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Guillermo is currently the VP of Finance, Head of Controlling, Treasury, and Tax at Nuvemshop since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance, also in charge of Controlling, Treasury, and Tax at the same company from August 2020 to September 2023. Before joining Nuvemshop, Guillermo was a Co-founder and Board member at AhoraDoctor, a telemedicine platform connecting patients with doctors through live video visits. Guillermo co-founded AhoraDoctor in April 2017 and continues to be involved with the company. Guillermo has also worked at Nubank as a Regional Financial Controller, and as a Financial Controller between 2019 and 2020. Guillermo was the Head of Finance for Latin America at IguanaFix from January 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, Guillermo held various finance roles at LYCOS, including VP of Finance for Latin America from April 2013 to April 2017. Guillermo also worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Consultant, where they led audit teams and provided financial statement review services for multinational companies. Guillermo began their career as an Associate Accountant at Estudio Sanchez - Public Accountants in July 2003.

Guillermo Caseiras attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Certified Public Accountancy, with a focus on Accountancy, Tax, Economics, and Finance. Prior to that, they attended Gabriela Mistral from 1995 to 1999, majoring in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Taxation. Guillermo also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Professional Council of the City of Buenos Aires.
