John M. Trang

Dr. Trang has over 36 years of experience as a consultant and co-investigator in the areas of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and Toxicokinetics of small molecules, biologic agents, and monoclonal antibodies. He has extensive expertise in the application of NCA PK analyses, compartmental simulations, population PK analyses, and special population PK studies in therapeutic areas including autoimmune, cardiovascular, endocrine, infectious, neurologic, oncologic, and viral diseases. Dr. Trang has published over seventy research articles, chapters, and, abstracts; completed over 500 preclinical and clinical PK, TK, and PK/PD analyses, comprehensive reports, and synopses; and contributed to numerous NDAs, BLAs, and INDs.
