Jacek Michalczuk

Jacek Michalczuk is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Industrialization Leader at nuventura since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jacek held various positions at Rolls Royce Deutschland Ltd from August 2012 to September 2021, including Lead Design Engineer and Design Engineer, focusing on HPT turbine components design and development. Additionally, Jacek worked at GE Aviation, Rolls-Royce Germany from May 2001 to October 2020 in multiple roles, culminating as Lead Design Engineer HPT Turbine and Export Control Focal Point. Jacek holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Mechanika i budowa maszyn with a specialization in Aerodynamika from Bialystok University of Technology, completed between 1995 and 2000.
