Megha Sanjeev

Megha Sanjeev is currently the Head of the People Function at Nuvepro. Megha has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and human resources.

Megha started their career in 2006 as an Executive at New Era India. Megha then moved to Mind Select Consultants where they were a Senior Executive for three years. In 2010, they joined Juniper Networks as an HR Staffing Specialist. Megha was with Juniper Networks for three years before moving to SanDisk as a Senior Technical Recruiter in 2013.

After a year with SanDisk, Megha joined Riverbed Technology where they spent three years as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they left Riverbed to join Arista Networks as a Sr Technical Recruiter. Megha was with Arista for just over a year before joining Nuvepro in October 2020.

Megha Sanjeev has a BSC from MES College and a PGPHR in Human Resource from Mount Carmel College. Megha also has certification from LinkedIn in Linkedin Certification Professional - Recruiter and from AIRS, an ADP Company in AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter.

Megha Sanjeev works with Aravindhan Shanmugam - Head, EdTech Sales, Ravi Kiran - Head, Enterprise Business & Partnerships, and Shashi Kiran - Head, International Sales & Partnerships. Megha Sanjeev reports to Giridhar LV, Co-Founder & CEO.
