Jolinda Grabianowski has a diverse work experience across various industries. From 1999 to 2014, they worked at Enventis as an Account Executive, where they sought new business opportunities and managed a client base of 300 small and medium-sized businesses. Jolinda collaborated with a team of engineers and Project Managers to develop telecommunication solutions. Their expertise included Hosted VoIP, Dedicated Internet, MPLS, and Cloud-based Data Protection.

In 2014, Jolinda joined Jaguar Communications as an Account Executive, where they worked until 2016. Their responsibilities included managing accounts and maintaining relationships with clients.

Later in 2016, Jolinda joined the Greater Mankato Area United Way as a Resource Development Director. Their role involved organizing, training, and motivating volunteers and contributors to raise funds for the organization. Jolinda also developed innovative fundraising strategies, built relationships in new markets, and focused on increasing retention rates.

From 2016 to 2020, Jolinda worked at St as a Commercial Benefits Producer. Their main responsibility was generating new business through the sale of commercial life and health products.

In 2020, Jolinda joined True Real Estate as a Realtor and later became a Licensed Realtor in 2020. Jolinda helped clients with their real estate needs until mid-2021.

Currently, in 2022, Jolinda is working at Nuvera as a Sales Operations Manager. Their role involves coaching and developing the sales team, participating in business development initiatives, and managing CAA Team operations. Jolinda supports the company's sales organization and strategy.

Jolinda Grabianowski has an extensive education history. Jolinda first attended Mankato West High School from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, Jolinda pursued their passion for marketing and enrolled at South Central College from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they earned an AAS in Marketing Management and gained knowledge in the field of marketing. Seeking further education, Jolinda then continued their academic journey at Minnesota State University in Mankato from 2018 to 2022. Here, they focused on Applied Leadership and studied communications.
