Melissa Webb has a long and varied work history. Melissa began their career in 1996 as an Accountant/Financial Analyst for Ecolab. In 2002, they took the role of Staff Accountant for the Minnesota Wild. In 2004, they joined Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Senior IT Security Compliance Analyst. Melissa also served as a CNC System Administrator and Senior Application Security Analyst for the company. In 2018, they became the ERP Security Compliance Manager for La-Z-Boy Incorporated. Currently, they are the Director of ERP Security & Compliance and Director of Product Development for NuVerge, LLC. Additionally, they are a Sr. Security Consultant and Developer for the company.
