<Nuvilab Introduction>
Nuvilab is a food tech startup that develops healthcare and eco-friendly services through food data obtained by AI scan technology. Food digitalization is creating data that can innovate the food industry. In recognition of its potential and technology, it attracted pre-series A investment from top tier investors NAVER, We Ventures, Capstone Partners, and Seoul Investment Partners in July 2021. This investment will be used intensively to collect data and recruit talented people who will create advanced models and services together.

Nuvilab was selected as a research institute in AI challenge competition (Korea's largest AI competition) two times in a row, won two CES Innovation Awards, the Grand Prize in Environmental Startup Competition and the Grand Prize in Social Venture Competition.

[Introducing NUVI Scan]
NUVI Scan, which accurately scans the type and amount of food, reduces food material costs and minimizes the occurrence of food waste by accurately predicting consumption. It improves the quality of food through preference/satisfaction analysis and provides customized eating habits solutions analyzing data of individual intake and remnant. In addition, it accurately scans the type and amount of food and provides the information the user wants, analyzing calories, nutrients, weight, price, and allergy information. The amount of individual food recognized by the scanner in a non-contact is accurately calculated by scanning in a blink of time without having to measure the food weight directly.

[Smart & Eco Kitchen Solution]
We provide smart & eco-kitchen solutions through AI Nuviscan.
They are installed in 25 cafeterias nationwide (schools/companies/public institutions/Defense Ministry, etc.) to suggest an alternative to solve the food waste problem.
