Karunya Bhramasandra

Karunya Bhramasandra is a professional with diverse experience in talent acquisition, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as Talent at Nuvo since June 2025, Karunya previously worked at Applied Intuition as a Recruiter from July 2023 to June 2025. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Kahani Digital Marketing, where Karunya authored an ebook on digital marketing best practices, and a Marketing and Business Development Intern at The Juggernaut, a Y Combinator-backed startup focused on South Asian journalism. Karunya's early career includes a digital storytelling internship at The 1947 Partition Archive, creating content that highlighted historical narratives. In leadership, Karunya co-presided over the Stanford South Asian Society, revitalizing the organization and engaging a large community. Karunya holds a Master of Arts in Modern Thought & Literature and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English, both from Stanford University, and graduated as valedictorian from Dougherty Valley High School.
