Erin Murphree

Erin Murphree has a long and varied work experience. Erin began their career in 2011 as the Director for Youth Development at the YMCA of the Upper Main Line. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations and activities, supervised staff, and directed various youth sports leagues, activities, and camps. In 2015, they became a Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA. In 2017, they moved to PrimePay as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Here, they researched and created KPIs and measures of success for performance management, provided data updates to stakeholders, developed plans for brand awareness, created webinar-based and classroom programs, evaluated new hire onboarding, and sourced top talent. In 2021, they joined the Talent Champions Council as an Executive Member. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition at NuvoAir. In this role, they are looking to build a humble, collaborative, and visionary-driven team.

Erin Murphree received their Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Erin has also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in May 2021.
