Graham M. has over 20 years of work experience in the information technology field. Graham began their career in 1999 as a Sr. Desktop Support Technician at IDX Systems Corporation. In 2005, they moved to BostonCoach as a Sr. Technical Specialist. Then, in 2011, they held two positions: Systems Engineer at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center and Technical Engineer at Sophos. In 2012, they became a Technical Support Specialist at CSC. The following year, they were a Global IT Support Specialist at Sirtex Medical Limited. In 2014, they were a Technical Operations Manager at LifePlans, Inc. and in 2017, they became an Information Technology Manager at BSC Group. Most recently, in 2020, Graham M. was a Global IT Operations Manager at snyk and currently holds the role of Global Information Technology Manager at NuvoAir.
