Benjamin E. Santos has had a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as Business Operations at Nuvocargo. From 2018 to 2021, they were an Associate and Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In 2017, they worked as a Trade Capture Utility Analyst - Rates Sales at Barclays. In 2016, they held the role of Trade Capture Utility Summer Analyst at Barclays, where they supported the execution of fixed income securities, interacted with inter-broker clients, and developed an improvement report. In 2015, they were a Supply Chain Intern at Cummins Inc., where they established a SQL query, developed VBA code, and created illustrated step-by-step instructions. In 2013, they co-founded Wikiprofe. In 2012, they were part of the Georgia Rotary Student Program at Rotary International. In 2010, they were the Project Leader for the PET Bottle Home Construction Project, where they led the project, began a recycling program, and worked with Coca-Cola to achieve a donation of 2000 bottles.

Benjamin E. Santos earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of South Florida in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the same university in 2016.
