Senior Data Analyst at Nuvocargo

Swati Srivastava has worked in various roles in the field of data analysis and IT since 2008. Swati began their career as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. in 2008, where they maintained, updated, and analyzed the Business Contacts Database Application for ABN AMRO Bank. Swati also designed and developed customer friendly web interfaces using Java and J2EE framework.

In 2009, they took on the role of Application Developer (Graduate Assistant) at USF, where they designed and developed customer friendly web interfaces for FAIR (Faculty Academic Information Reporting). Swati also maintained, updated, and analyzed the FAIR database in Development, QA and Production, and performed data analysis and generated reports using Online Analytical Processing cubes.

In 2011, they joined Raymond James as a Senior Data Analyst, where they supported Consolidated Instrument Reference Data (CIRD). Swati also worked as a SQL Server Database Administrator and Service Delivery Manager, where they mitigated data security risk by 60% by masking data in Development and QA environments. Additionally, they owned the requirements and project management function for Test Data Management (TDM). Finally, they took on the role of IT Business Analyst, where they planned and designed standardized cross platform production and non-production virtual environments, reducing costs by 25%.

Currently, Swati Srivastava is a Senior Data Analyst at Nuvocargo, where they support Consolidated Instrument Reference Data (CIRD).

Swati Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2008. Swati then went on to pursue a MS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, they returned to the University of South Florida to complete their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). In February 2020, Swati obtained a certification in Body Language for Women from LinkedIn.
