Amanjit Kaur

Amanjit Kaur serves as the National Head of Supply Chain and Procurement for Customer Loyalty Sales and Marketing at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. since March 2023, overseeing budgeting and procurement processes for an annual budget of approximately 400 crore with a focus on efficiency across a network of 1700 vendors. Additionally, Amanjit is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kiara Crafts LLP, a direct-to-consumer company dedicated to sustainable handcrafted products from Indian weavers. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Director at MTS Group, managing customer experience operations, and as Head of the Customer Interaction Group at Airtel, responsible for large-scale call center operations. Amanjit also held the position of Vice President at Bajaj Capital Ltd., overseeing contact center operations for customer service and sales across India. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Calcutta and participation in the Goldman Sachs 10K Women Entrepreneur Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
