Sanjay Joshi

Mr. Sanjay Joshi heads the Manufacturing function for Nuvoco’s Cement product line. In this capacity, he drives strategy and policy initiatives for all its cement manufacturing sites.

Mr. Joshi has over thirty years of experience in the Cement industry; having worked with L&T Cement, Thermax Ltd, Tata Steel; in addition to Nuvoco. His last assignment was with Century Cement as President and Unit Head at Maihar.

Mr. Joshi worked with Nuvoco from November 1999 to December 2017 in a number of roles, including Operations Manager and Plant Head, across its various manufacturing locations. During this tenure, he has also served as Plant Head with Lafarge Indonesia’s for nearly five years on an expatriation basis.

Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Power Engineering) from VRCE Nagpur.
