Shridhar Ayyar

Shridhar Ayyar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, manufacturing, and business transformation. Currently serving as Head of Manufacturing and Head of L&D and Transformation at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. since November 2012, Shridhar has successfully driven a turnaround in business performance over three years and is focused on enhancing cultural change. Prior to this role, Shridhar held various positions at Boehringer Ingelheim as Senior Training Manager, UCB India Pvt Ltd as National Training Manager and Sales Training Manager, and Panacea Biotec Ltd as Senior Manager of Business Training, among others. Shridhar's educational background includes a BSc in Physics from Shivaji University and attendance at Sainik School Satara.
