Sudhir Kumar

Sudhir Kumar currently serves as the CSR Cluster Head for the East Zone at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sudhir Kumar held various positions at Room to Read, including Senior Manager Program Operations, where oversight of literacy and girl education program operations was provided across 11 states. Sudhir Kumar also functioned as State Manager for Chhattisgarh, developing strategies for the state and leading the Vijayi Life Skill Program. Additional roles at Room to Read include Operation Manager Program and Senior Program Officer, where Sudhir Kumar established programs in Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand and represented the organization in high-level government meetings. Sudhir Kumar began the professional career as a Program Coordinator at SRKPS and holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Vivekananda Vidya Mandir, Ranchi, and a graduate degree from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
