Xavier Garcia is an experienced IT Recruiter currently with Nuvolar Works since September 2019, specializing in cloud-based applications. Prior to this role, Xavier worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist and HRBP at Stefanini EMEA, and as a Recruitment Manager for MST HOLDING's Banking Business Unit, where responsibilities included selecting profiles for various banking and IT positions across multiple countries. Xavier's professional journey began in the field of sports psychology, offering psychological advice to athletes and teaching communication and conflict resolution skills. Academically, Xavier holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with several postgraduate degrees and a Bachelor's in Psychology from prestigious institutions in Barcelona.
