Brian Hamel

Brian Hamel has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a role as Sr. Director of Strategic Ventures at Cadence Design Systems in 2000. In 2001, they became an Angel Investor/Advisor at GARR Consulting, LLC. In 2006, they were Cofounder and CEO of Nanochronous Logic, Inc. In 2007, they were an Advisor/Investor at FanPrice, and they also began their role as a Mentor for MS&E 273 at Stanford University Graduate School of Engineering. In 2009, they became a Business Consultant at Kinaxis. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Nuvolex. In 2012, they became a Mentor at StartX - Stanford University Startup Accelerator. In 2013, they joined the Advisory Board of SimPolaris, and in 2014 they became an Advisory Board Member at Tawkify.

Brian Hamel completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1984 and 1989. Brian then continued their education by pursuing MBA Studies at the University of San Francisco School of Management between 1993 and 1995.
