Xavier Moreau

Xavier Moreau has extensive experience in the energy and technology industry. Xavier is currently serving as the EVP Strategy & Business Development at Nuvve Holding Corp., where they lead the strategic developments in artificial intelligence and energy services. Additionally, they oversee European operations, markets, and policy advocacy for the company. Prior to this, Xavier worked as a Strategic Advisor Europe at Nuvve Holding Corp. Xavier also served as the Chairman of the E-Mobility Task Force at smartEn Smart Energy Europe.

In terms of consulting experience, Xavier worked as a Consultant at AlterGrids, where they provided expert advice in the industry. Xavier also worked at Feedback Energie as a New Business Builder, focused on developing a new venture in electric vehicle charging. Xavier played a key role in establishing Ossiaco's presence in European markets as the Europe Vanguard.

Earlier in their career, Xavier held various positions at Schneider Electric, including Strategic Marketing Director, Synergies & Transformation Strategy Director, Key Accounts Business Development Director, and Sales Effectiveness Director. Xavier also had roles at AREVA T&D as a Sales Organization & Change Director and Sales Process Improvement Manager.

Xavier began their career at Unilog Management and Logica Management Consulting, gaining experience as a Manager and working on consulting projects in various industries. Overall, Xavier has a strong background in strategy, business development, marketing, and sales in the energy and technology field.

Xavier Moreau completed their Master in Management degree from ESCP Business School in Paris, Oxford, and Berlin between 1996 and 1999. In addition, they obtained certifications in Solution Sales Master Coaching from Energy & Solution University - Revenue Storm in 2012, and in Lean - Six Sigma Green Belt in 2009.
