Manigandan Theerthagiri has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Manigandan started their career at NuWare as a Senior Executive in Human Resources in 2014, where they handled corporate hiring processes. Manigandan then moved on to Fincity as Deputy Manager HR in 2018, focusing on domain hiring in the Banking and BFSI sectors. Manigandan then joined Attra in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Lead, specializing in challenging skill recruitment and team management. Manigandan further advanced their career at Opt IT Technologies in 2020 as the Lead Talent Acquisition, overseeing hiring processes and strategy implementation. Currently, Manigandan works at NuWare as the Talent Acquisition Lead, showcasing their expertise in recruitment and leadership.

Manigandan Theerthagiri completed their Higher Secondary education in Computer Science at Dominic Savio Higher Secondary School, Tirupattur, from 2004 to 2006. Manigandan then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Jairam Arts & Science College from 2006 to 2009. Later, they obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Dr.G.R.Damodaran College of Science from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they received the Oracle certified professional certification from Oracle in 2012.
