Shane Dunnavant

Shane Dunnavant is the Technical Manager of UC Engineering at NUWAVE Communications, Inc, with previous experience as a Computer Systems & Network Administrator at the Federal Public Defender and a Systems Administrator at the State of New Mexico. As a Desktop Support Technician and Service Desk Analyst at UnityBPO, Shane provided technical support to various departments. Additionally, Shane has 3+ years of MQ-9 remotely piloted aircraft maintenance experience and 2+ years of A-10 aircraft maintenance experience during their time in the United States Air Force. Shane holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Cyber Security from Central New Mexico Community College.
