Jaclyn Thomas started their career in 2007 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ohio State University Medical Center, where they managed research experiments and performed lab procedures. In 2009, they took on the role of Research Assistant, managing their own research projects and training lab associates. From 2011 to 2013, Jaclyn pursued an MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

In 2013, Jaclyn joined NuWaves Engineering as an Operational Excellence Specialist, leading the Operational Excellence team and focusing on continuous improvement. Jaclyn then became Assistant to the President in 2014, where they played an advisory role and was responsible for strategic planning, website maintenance, and talent management. Jaclyn later served as the Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Initiatives, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives and overall operations.

Throughout their career, Jaclyn has demonstrated expertise in research, quality management, strategic planning, and operations.

Jaclyn Thomas has a diverse education history. Jaclyn first attended The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences, Agriculture. Following this, they attended Columbus State Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology. Jaclyn later returned to The Ohio State University and enrolled in the Fisher College of Business from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management.
