Kristen Blos - Long

Kristen Blos-Long has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Kristen currently works as the CPO at NuWest Group since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at TA Group Holdings starting in December 2021.

Before their current roles, Kristen held the position of SR. Vice President, Human Resources at Direct Technology / DirectApps / TA Group Holdings, Inc from January 2006 to December 2021. In this role, they led the startup, development, and management of corporate recruiting and professional services. From 2010 onwards, they also took on the responsibility of running Human Resources Divisions.

Kristen Blos-Long has obtained the SCP (Senior Certified Professional) - Human Resources from SHRM. Kristen studied Advertising & Marketing at San Jose State University, and their education history also includes attending UC Santa Barbara, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
