Ashley Cabrera

Ashley Cabrera is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Corporate Communications Specialist at NV Energy since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cabrera held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations at the United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra from September 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies, leading brand messaging, and coordinating volunteer events. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Administrator at NOVO Construction, Inc., and as a student assistant and photographer at Benson Memorial Center during tenure at Santa Clara University, where Cabrera earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. An internship at Círculo Inmobiliario Meridiana in Barcelona further diversified Cabrera's experience in the communication field.
