Michon Loyd, MHRER, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCEP, is a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner at NV Energy since 2008, delivering comprehensive human resources support across various business units, including those with unionized employees. Loyd's expertise encompasses employee/labor relations, staffing, training, change management, compliance, and policy interpretation, while actively promoting organizational goals. Previously, Loyd served as Store Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot, focusing on store performance and employee development, and as Human Resources Manager at Gaudin Automotive Group, where responsibilities included workforce planning and policy development.
