Neiko Manning

Neiko Manning is an experienced operations analyst with a strong background in purchasing and human resources management. Currently serving at Roofstock since May 2021, Neiko also functions as a construction coordinator. Previous roles include purchasing manager at Sun City Garage Doors, where relationship management with vendors was key, and human resources payroll manager, optimizing payroll processes for approximately 80 employees. Earlier experience includes positions at Smart & Final, where Neiko advanced from department manager, achieving significant sales and loss management goals, to closing manager, leading a team towards daily operational objectives. Neiko holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and additional education from Palomar College and Oceanside High School.
