Shannon Gregory

Shannon Gregory has extensive work experience in the energy industry. They began their career in 2002 as an Area Service Manager at NV Energy, where they held a Journeyman Lineman certification and received training in SCADA Systems and NERC Standards. In 2020, they joined Mosaic as a Grid Operations Industry Expert, assisting clients in optimizing their control room staff and developing business processes for technology integration. Shannon recently returned to NV Energy in 2022 as the Director of Operations.

Shannon Gregory completed the Journeyman Lineman program at the Cal/Nv Joint Electrical Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Shannon has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "One-Minute Habits for Success" in 2022, "Project Management Reinvented for Non-Project Managers" in 2021, "Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships" in 2021, "Change Management: Roadmap to Planning" in 2021, "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" in 2020, and "Creating Winning Teams" in 2020.
