Whitney Capps

Whitney Capps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and youth development, currently serving as Principal at ClearSpace, LLC since 2016. Previously, Whitney held the position of Manager for the Collegiate Scholars Program at The University of Chicago, overseeing college access programs for over 100 high school students. In addition, Whitney contributed significantly to The Gala Chicago as Founding Curator and Producer of the Art Break Podcast, and held senior management roles at Step Up Women's Network, where programs supported the advancement of young women. Early career experiences include roles as a Resource Coordinator at Columbia College Chicago and Programming Assistant at Big Ten Network. Whitney earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television from the University of Southern California.
