Paul Braun

Paul Braun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul currently holds the role of Senior Vice President - Corporate Development at NV5, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they were the SVP - Sales & Marketing at Axim Geospatial starting from 2022. In 2016, they served as the Vice President at AUVSI Heartland. In 2011, Paul founded and became the President of Taking Autism To The Sky, Inc. Paul also has extensive experience at Continental Mapping Consultants, where they held various roles including SVP - Sales and Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer, and Vice President of Strategy & Development, from 2011 to 2022. Paul was the Chief Revenue Officer at Continental Mapping Consultants, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked at WennSoft as a Project Manager and CRM Practice Leader, Director of Sales, and General Manager - Public Sector, from 2006 to 2011. Paul also has experience as the Vice-President and Chicago Regional Manager at GeoAnalytics, Inc. from 1998 to 2006, and as the Vice-President at GeoAnalytics, Inc. launching their software solution division. Paul began their career as the Campus GIS Coordinator at the University of South Carolina from 1996 to 1998.

Paul Braun earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 1985 to 1991. Paul then pursued a Masters of Science in Renewable Natural Resources at the University of Arizona from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications in Microsoft technologies, including a Certified Technology Specialist: Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations Methodology from Microsoft in 2011, and a Certified IT Professional: Applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in 2010, among others.
