Jennifer MacEachern has a diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Jennifer started their career as an Animal Health/Veterinary Technologist at Colby Village Veterinary Hospital in 2005. Jennifer then worked as a Veterinary Anesthesia Technician at the University of Prince Edward Island from 2007 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Companion Animal Technician at the same institution. In 2015, Jennifer was a Professional Speaker at the Atlantic provinces Veterinary Conference. In 2016, they became a Territory Sales Representative at Royal Canin Canada. In 2018, they founded and became the owner of MaritimeZoomies. Jennifer currently holds the role of DVM Recruiter for Atlantic Canada at NVA Canada.
Jennifer MacEachern obtained a Diploma in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in a 3-year program, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Registered Veterinary Technologist from the EVTA, which they obtained in May 2005. In 2022, Jennifer attended Olds College of Agriculture & Technology to pursue a program in Veterinary Human Resources, but the degree name is not provided.
