Jina Myers has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jina has recently served as the Director of Marketing and Promotions at NVAR - Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®, where they focus on developing and implementing strategies to increase growth and drive revenue. Prior to that, Jina worked as a Programs Associate at Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® and as the Manager of Communications, Marketing, and Events at Salute Military Golf Association. Jina has also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Deep Roots Marketing Communications, Loan Officer Assistant at Embrace Home Loans, and as a Draw Team, Communications/PR, and Promotions Official Spokesperson at New York State Lottery. Earlier in their career, Jina held the position of a Promotions Coordinator at ClearChannel/WBIG 100.3FM.
Jina Myers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications/Advertising from Towson University from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, completing it from 2013 to 2017. Jina also attained a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, with a start year in 2023. In 2022, they obtained the certification of RCE from the National Association of REALTORS®.

NVAR
The Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS (NVAR) was established in 1921 as the Alexandria-Arlington-Fairfax Real Estate Board. With about 40 members, the association served a population of 60,250. Eighty-seven years later, NVAR has grown to more than 10,000 members who carry out a $16 billion real estate industry in a community of over 2 million residents. A premier local association, NVAR is one of the hundreds of associations that comprise the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), which boasts more than 1 million members. NVAR serves as The Voice For Real Estate in Northern Virginia and provides a variety of services to its members including educational opportunities, professional standards enforcement, market statistics, legislative reviews, issues lobbying, multiple listing and lockbox services, and more. The mission of promoting "the right to own, transfer and use real property" extends beyond Northern Virginia to serve a national and international community. NVAR assists struggling associations around the world, sharing knowledge about how the industry works in the US with real estate leaders from Peru, Poland, China, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, and other areas.
