Kathy Albarado is a Senior Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since January 2022 and serves as a key leader at Leadership Mission International, a U.S.-based organization operating a girls' school in Honduras. Kathy is an active member and past board chair of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), which supports small government contractors, and is an executive committee board member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, where leadership and growth opportunities are provided to local businesses. Additionally, Kathy has served as the former chair of the Women in Business Council, fostering women's professional development, and holds a board member emeriti position at George Mason University's School of Business. As the founder and CEO of Helios HR from 2001 to 2022, Kathy built a firm focused on creating competitive workplace cultures. Educationally, Kathy has earned multiple degrees from George Mason University, including a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and an M.S. in Human Resource Management.
