Kendall Simon

Kendall Simon is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at NVE Experience Agency, overseeing recruiting initiatives for an expanding brand experience and production agency since April 2022. Additionally, Kendall supports talent of color through participation with Hue, while previously working as a Recruiter at The Designory and Amazon, focusing on sourcing candidates for diverse roles. Prior roles also include Senior Recruiter at The Creative Group, where Kendall specialized in corporate, technical, and creative talent recruitment, and earlier internships in creative marketing and product development. Kendall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in World Arts and Cultures with a Minor in Film, Television & Digital Media from the University of California, Los Angeles.
