Alicja Schilling

Alicja Schilling is a seasoned professional in the engineering sector, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat since April 2025. Previously, Alicja held the position of Head of VVS at INTEC, leading the establishment and development of a new department while implementing strategic objectives and quality assurance processes. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Sweco and Norconsult AS, managing teams of engineers and overseeing various projects related to ventilation and industrial processes. Alicja's expertise is further demonstrated through contributions as a board member for VITO teknisk entreprenør AS and Rørteft AS, as well as practical experience at Telenor, focusing on energy and cooling asset management.
