Jared Kapela has extensive experience in commercial excellence and board governance, currently serving at nVent since August 2016. In addition to this role, Jared is a member of the Board of Directors for Sojourn Architects and Best Food Trucks while also being the owner of Terrapin Land Holdings and Chairman of the Board at J. Kapela Design & Construction. Jared previously held several leadership positions at IHRDC from June 2008 to August 2016, successfully managing global sales operations, business development in Asia Pacific, and project management for educational content in the energy sector. Jared's earlier experience includes an internship as an Investment Analyst at SJF Ventures. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Duke University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Environmental Science from Colorado College.
