Jeshwanth Kundem

Jeshwanth Kundem is an experienced engineering leader currently holding a position at nVent since February 2023, following an extensive career at Wagner Spray Tech where Jeshwanth served as both an Advanced R&D Engineer and Design Engineer from May 2016 to December 2022. Prior roles include advising a student team on a Senior Design Project at the University of Minnesota and working as a Test Engineer at Minnetronix, Inc. with a focus on design verification testing for medical devices. Jeshwanth has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, in addition to organizing significant cultural events at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Jeshwanth holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas.
