Joel Pettit

Joel Pettit serves as the Global EHS Director at nVent and has held the position of Director of EHS for the Americas since November 2015. Additionally, Joel has been the EHS Manager at Pentair since October 2015, overseeing environmental, health, safety, and security programs for a significant campus in Anoka, MN, where efforts have led to substantial enhancements in safety practices and policies. Prior experience includes serving as Div EHS Manager at Parker Hannifin, where injury rates were significantly reduced, and as Corporate EHS Specialist at Tennant Company, managing budgets while improving service efficiencies. Joel also has a background as a Project Manager at Veolia North America, focusing on hazardous waste management. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota and an Associate’s Degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
