Karl Dittus

Karl Dittus is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and technology development, currently serving as a Senior Electro-Mechanical Solution Architect at nVent since July 2021. Previously, Dittus held the position of Director of Product Development at Enlogic Systems from 2015 to October 2023, as well as Director of Technology Development at CIS Global from January 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included shaping the technology roadmap. Dittus’ career at IBM spanned from June 1997 to December 2013 as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, focusing on mechanical development for cloud scale and enterprise servers. Dittus began the career as a Machinist at Holmes Tool & Engineering from January 1987 to June 1997 while also working as a part-time design consultant in developing machinery for the thread manufacturing industry. Karl Dittus holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
