Laura Brock

Laura Brock is a seasoned professional in the field of inclusion and diversity, currently serving as the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer and Vice President at nVent since October 2018. In this role, Laura designs and executes global diversity strategies aligned with business objectives, preparing reports for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. As the Principal at LRBrock - Consulting since 2017, Laura coaches executives on enhancing employee engagement through inclusive cultures and advises on talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Laura held significant positions at U.S. Bank and Hormel Foods, where the focus was on developing enterprise-wide inclusion strategies and managing diversity functions. Laura's career began at Medtronic, where diversity training and cultural change initiatives were key responsibilities. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
