Matt Flemming

Matt Flemming has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the electrical and fastening solutions industry. Matt started their career as a Project Engineer at Electric Furnace Company in 1997 and then worked as a Project Engineer at Electric Furnace (GERMANY) GmbH from 1998 to 2000. Matt joined Joslyn Hi-Voltage in 2000 and held positions including Mechanical Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Project Engineer. At Joslyn Hi-Voltage, they led product development initiatives, managed design projects, and implemented cost reduction and design improvement initiatives. In 2005, they joined nVent as a Sr. Product Development Engineer and worked their way up to become the Vice President - General Manager for nVent ERICO and nVent ERIFLEX. Their roles at nVent also included being the Vice President Engineering and the Director of Engineering responsible for new product development and applications engineering teams. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on driving business growth.

Matt Flemming attended Ohio University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
