Nitin Jain

Nitin Jain has extensive work experience in strategy, business development, and M&A. Nitin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and M&A at nVent. In this role, they are responsible for assessing growth needs, developing M&A pipeline, leading M&A transactions, and driving strategic planning and market intelligence activities. Prior to joining nVent, Nitin held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Schneider Electric, where they played various progressive leadership roles and led corporate development activities. Nitin also has a background in software engineering, R&D, business consulting, technology project and services delivery management, and business development from their time at Tata Consultancy Services. At TCS, they managed globally located teams, delivered large-scale IT transformational projects and services, and facilitated customer accounts growth.

Nitin Jain completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy & General Management from the HKUST Business School in 2014. In 2018, they also completed an Executive Program from INSEAD. Nitin also participated in a Leadership Development Program at the Indian School of Business and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University. Nitin holds additional certifications in Capstone Business Simulation, Core Banking & Finance knowledge, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
