Justin Hipps

Justin Hipps has over 10 years of experience in project management and inspection roles. Justin is currently the Director of Project Management at NVI, LLC, where they oversee project activities. Prior to that, they worked at Oceaneering International Inc as a Project Manager. Justin also has experience at Universal Personnel, where they performed API inspections, coordinated inspection services, and managed the Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) program. Overall, Justin has a strong background in inspection services and project management.

Justin Hipps attended Archbishop Hannan High School from 1994 to 1996, where they studied general studies. Justin then transferred to Chalmette High School and completed their high school education there from 1996 to 1997. From 1998 to 2000, Justin attended Elaine P Nunez College, focusing on architectural engineering, drafting, and design with a specialization in structural and piping. Additionally, they obtained real estate appraisal licensing from the Executive Real Estate Center. Justin also pursued API certification, completing API 570 and API 510 from MSTS API.
